ProspectShifts.net offers professional video editing services. Our services include video editing, enhancements, cuts, transitions, and other related services for digital video content. You agree to provide clear instructions and materials necessary for us to complete the requested services.

2. Order Process

To begin, you will need to submit your project details via our website, including any videos (if necessary), files, and instructions. Once we receive your submission and payment, we will begin working on your project. We aim to complete all projects in a timely manner as per the agreement made with you, though timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the work.

3. Payment

All services require full payment before work begins. Payment must be made via the available payment methods on our website. By submitting your order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated. Prices for services are subject to change, but any changes will not affect projects already paid for or in progress.

4. Revisions

We offer a revision process if you are not satisfied with the completed video. You may request revisions within 3 days of receiving the final version. Please provide clear feedback and details on the changes you want. We will make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original project. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, we encourage you to reach out to us within 3 days of delivery to discuss revisions. You can read our full refund policy here.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final edited video. However, we may showcase the completed project in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes, including but not limited to:

Content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities.

ProspectShifts.net reserves the right to refuse service if we believe the content provided violates any of these guidelines.

8. Confidentiality

We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. All materials shared with us for the purpose of video editing will be treated as confidential. 9. Limitation of Liability

ProspectShifts.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any issues or losses related to the use or misuse of the completed video once delivered to you.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, any payments made are non-refundable, and all rights to any completed or in-progress projects may be revoked.
